TWENTY-four civil servants have applied to the Lusaka High Court for leave to commence judicial review proceedings against the decision of Ministry of Education to remove them from the pay roll and stop them from reporting for duty. The civil servants who have also cited the Teaching Service Commission and the Attorney General as respondents in the matter and are seeking a declaration that the decision by Ministry to remove them from the payroll and stopping them from reporting for duty is illegal and unreasonable.
