FORMER Copperbelt Province Police Commissioner Mwala Yuyi has applied for constitutional bail in the Ndola High Court after spending 20 days in police custody over allegations of copper theft. However, the State has opposed the application, arguing that the alleged offence is non-bailable. Ndola High Court Judge J Zulu has reserved ruling on the application, with the date for delivery of the ruling to be communicated.
