STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka says Brian Mundubile is within his constitutional rights to challenge the 2026 presidential election results if he is dissatisfied with the outcome. Hamasaka, however, says Mundubile must provide sufficient evidence to support any claims before the courts. His remarks follow Mundubile’s announcement on Tuesday that NRPUP would seek legal redress after rejecting the announced results of the presidential election.
