CHOMA Central UPND MP Cornelius Mweetwa says President Hakainde Hichilema has the constitutional authority to decide who serves in his government. Mweetwa, who served as Information and Media minister and Chief Government Spokesperson during President Hichilema’s first term, has also pledged his continued loyalty to President Hichilema. Meanwhile, Mweetwa has dismissed allegations that he is planning to form a political party with former Mazabuka Central MP Gary Nkombo, former Chongwe MP Sylvia Masebo and others, describing the claims as cheap political assertions.
