FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says government is modality to fix the inefficiencies in the procurement of fuel and fertiliser. And Dr Musokotwane has stressed that government is spending US$26 million on subsidising fuel which he said can be spent on other developmental projects.
