THE Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has fined Levy Mwanawasa Medical University 0.5 percent of its annual turnover for failing to award degrees to clinical science students for the period 2016 to 2019. And the commission has fined three entities for tying and bundling low-demand clear beer products with high-demand products.
