ZAMBIA Revenue Authority (ZRA) Commissioner General Dingani Banda says the authority has recorded a K4.5 billion revenue collection deficit. Meanwhile, Banda has lamented that there is low compliance on Rental Income Tax, revealing that out of 600,000 rented properties, only 32,000 are on the ZRA tax net. At a press briefing, Wednesday, Banda said ZRA had collected K105.4 billion in gross revenue collection but K14.9 billion was refunded, resulting in a net collection of K91 billion.
