THE ZAMBIA Revenue Authority (ZRA) says it has collected K100.6 billion in taxes for the first time in history. On December 13, ZRA Commissioner General Dingani Banda had said the authority had recorded a K4.5 billion revenue collection deficit. Banda said ZRA had collected K105.4 billion in gross revenue collection but K14.9 billion was refunded, resulting in a net collection of K91 billion.
