GOVERNMENT has assured of transparency and stakeholder engagement during the implementation of the Luapula-Kafue Water Transfer Project. Minister of Water Development and Sanitation Collins Nzovu says government acknowledges concerns regarding the premature circulation of the draft report on the said project and assured that internal consultations are still in progress.
