THE Africa Trade Conference has bestowed Zambia, through the Ministry of Finance and National Planning, with the Public Sector Reform Award. The award, sponsored by Access Bank Africa, acknowledges Zambia’s efforts to strengthen macroeconomic stability through decisive policy measures. Speaking after receiving the award at the 2026 Africa Trade Conference in Cape Town, South Africa, Commerce, Trade and Industry Minister Chipoka Mulenga said it was encouraging to see Zambia’s efforts gaining global recognition.
