AIRTEL Zambia Networks Plc has crossed the US$1 billion market capitalisation mark on the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE). In a statement, Tuesday, the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE) said Airtel had become the fourth “unicorn” listed on the platform to reach the billion-dollar valuation milestone. The Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC) was the first company to reach the milestone, followed by ZCCM Investments Holdings (ZCCM-IH) and Zambia Sugar.
