THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has commenced a nationwide Cost of Tax Compliance Survey aimed at establishing costs that businesses encounter when meeting tax obligations. In a statement, Tuesday, ZRA Corporate Communications Manager Oliver Nzala said the survey, which is being conducted from September 7 to October 31, 2026, will engage selected taxpayers to understand financial costs businesses incur in meeting tax obligations.
