FORMER Kasama Central PF member of parliament Kelvin Sampa has pleaded not guilty to a charge of theft involving K14,000. Sampa, who is now a member of the UPND, is facing one count of theft. It is alleged that between May 1, 2022 and June 31, 2022, in Lusaka, Sampa did steal K14,000 cash, property of Mbaliku Salesengulu. When the matter come up for plea before magistrate Trevor Kasanda, Sampa pleaded not guilty. The matter has since been adjourned to August 18 for commencement of trial....
