FOUR fertiliser suppliers have informed the Lusaka High Court that they are attempting to resolve the matter in which they are challenging the government’s decision to terminate the fertiliser tender out of court. The court has since adjourned the matter to October 27 for hearing, hoping that by then, the parties would have reached some ex-curia settlement. The four suppliers have dragged ZPPA and the Ministry of Agriculture to court over the government’s decision to terminate the fertiliser tender after being recognised as the Best Evaluated Bidders.
