A POLICE officer and a neighborhood watch member who allegedly beat up a suspect to death have been committed to the High Court for trial. Abel Kafwanka, 32, a police officer and Benard Chirwa, 33, are facing one count of murder. It is alleged that Kafwanka and Chirwa on October 8, 2022, in Lusaka, jointly and whilst acting together murdered Dickson Njovu.
