TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TIZ) Chapter president Sampa Kalungu says the fast track court has made little difference in fighting corruption since its creation. Meanwhile, Kalungu says it’s important that Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu urged DEC officers to work diligently and clear public perception that they only target ‘small fish’. He says government must allow investigative wings and other institutions under its umbrella to work without state interference.
