A LUSAKA businessman has dragged FDD leader Edith Nawakwi to court, demanding damages for defamation of character for allegedly accusing him of being involved in the abduction of the Hatembos. Kenneth Magaleta wants the court to order Nawakwi to pay him damages and to also restrain her from further defaming him. He is also seeking interest on all the amounts found due, among other reliefs.
