A LUSAKA woman has sued a masseuse at Pamodzi Hotels seeking damages for the sexual harassment and indecent assault she was allegedly subjected to during a massage session. Charity Mwansa Njelesani has sued Kenneth Musonda and Pamodzi Hotels Plc, seeking compensatory damages as well as damages arising out of the negligent discharge of duty to ensure her safety in the confines of the hotel’s premises, among other claims.
