FOUR Lusaka residents have sued the state in the High Court, demanding an order for the payment of K5 million each for false detention and malicious prosecution. Timothy Phiri, Kenny Phiri, Petronela Mweene and Naomi Mwelwa are also seeking damages for malice and putting their images in disrepute.
