JUDGEMENT in the matter where Livingstone Mayor Constance Nalishebo Muleabai is accused of corruption involving K180,000 has once again been adjourned. Livingstone Principal Resident Magistrate Kalifano Manyepa has adjourned the matter to February 2, marking the third time that judgement has been deferred. On November 28, 2025, judgment in the matter could not be delivered due to Muleabai being unwell, forcing Lusaka Resident Magistrate Trevor Kasanda to adjourn it to December 17, 2025.
