AN advertising company and another have dragged the Lusaka City Council (LCC) to the Lusaka High Court, seeking leave of the Court to commence committal proceedings for contempt. Metro Advertising Limited and Friday Chipuma have dragged LCC to court for allegedly defying an existing court injunction regarding the management and advertising rights of the Manda Hill Footbridge.
