PATRIOTIC Front faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda has pleaded not guilty before the Lusaka High Court in a matter in which he faces one count of espionage. Nakacinda is charged with one count of espionage contrary to Section 3 of the State Security Act, Chapter 111 of the Laws of Zambia. It is alleged that on unknown dates but between August 26, 2023, and September 29, 2023, Nakacinda jointly with other unknown persons, engaged in acts deemed prejudicial to the safety or interests of the Republic.
