A DNA test has revealed that a 41-year-old Flight Sergeant of the Zambia Air Force (ZAF), accused of sexually abusing his 14-year-old daughter, is not the biological father of the child she gave birth to. In this matter, the accused, G.B.M, is charged with incest contrary to Section 159(1) of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
