A FORMER Form Two pupil at St Mary’s Secondary School has dragged the school to the Lusaka High Court, challenging her expulsion over allegations of bullying. The minor, suing through her father, is seeking an order to immediately nullify the school’s decision and grant a mandatory injunction compelling the institution to reinstate her. In a statement of claim, the plaintiff said that in or about July 2026, unverified allegations of bullying were made against her.
