MINISTER of Sport, Youth and Arts, Elvis Nkandu, has reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to ensuring that the Copper Queens receive all outstanding payments owed to them for qualifying for the 2026 WAFCON. In an interview, the Minister described as unfortunate the recent boycott by the Copper Queens, who refused to train during the Three Nations Tournament in Malawi in protest over unpaid allowances.
