GERMAN Ambassador to Zambia Anne Wagner-Mitchell has advised law enforcement agencies to stick to the law and only arrest if there is enough credible evidence for a charge. And Minister of Information and Media Chushi Kasanda says members of the public should be responsible in the use of online platforms to avoid conflict with the law.
