FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says government has a solid plan to recover the country’s economy if the International Monetary Fund bailout package fails. But Dr Musokotwane says the economic undertaking will be highly compromised if the country does not have strong external support from its partners.
