MINISTRY of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Permanent Secretary Isabelle Lemba says 12 of the 13 heads of state who are members of the union are expected to attend the 4th African Union (AU) Mid-Year Coordination Meeting. And AU Commission Deputy Chief of Staff Ambassador Tordeta Ratebaye says various heads of state are expected to address the Meeting and facilitate discussions on issues affecting the continent.
