CHAPTER One Foundation and NGOCC have expressed concern over attempts by some people to humiliate DEC Director General Mary Chirwa, saying the well-calculated scheme has potential to undermine the corruption fight. Chirwa was recently a subject of social media discourse when some pornographic videos went viral with antagonists alleging that she was the person in the obscene video.
