VICE-PRESIDENT Mutale Nalumango says there is need to invest in children because the country’s future lies in them. And African Child Policy Forum Executive Director Dr Joan Nyanyuki says Zambia ranks 37 out of 52 countries which have made progress in programmes that protect children from violence, abuse, among other vices.
