THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has observed that whilst corruption exists at every stage of the public procurement process, it is at the award of tender stage where things are worse. And Attorney General Alliance Africa Board Member Markus Green says individuals involved in corruption have to pay the consequences in order for the vice to be curbed.
