AGRICULTURE Minister Mtolo Phiri says the cancellation of the fertiliser procurement tender for the 2022/2023 farming season was due to a technical error, and not that it was fraudulent. And Phiri says the previous government engaged a supplier who was paid in full but has failed to deliver 17,000 metric tonnes of fertiliser.
