BARELY an hour after the High Court halted the Kabushi and Kwacha by-elections on Tuesday, President Hakainde Hichilema campaigned for UPND Kabushi candidate Bernard Kanengo, assuring him that he will be in Parliament, regardless of the date of the election. And President Hichilema says the so-called “Bulldozer” is too small to bulldoze him.
