THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) says it has introduced a new channel of communication with road traffic offenders through bulk Short Messaging System (SMS). In a statement, Thursday, RTSA Public Relations Manager Mukela Mangolwa said the messages would serve as reminders for traffic offenders to report to RTSA offices to answer to traffic offence charges.
