SOCIALIST Party member of the mobilisation committee Paul Moonga says President Hakainde Hichilema should do away with the Constitutional Court before it causes war in the country. In an interview, Monday, Moonga said the court had brought confusion. “We are scared, so the earlier we remove this confusion of a Constitutional Court and remain with strong courts, the better. And it’s also a cost, you need a four-by-four, accommodation, security, for what? For confusion? Remove that team of moribunds.
