VICE-PRESIDENT Mutale Nalumango says government is equally concerned about the cancellation of the fertiliser procurement tender, warning that if any individual is found guilty of any wrongdoing in the entire system, they shouldn’t call anyone names. And Vice-President Nalumango has mocked Raphael Nakacinda’s binoculars, saying they are just toys which don’t even see anything. Agriculture Minister Mtolo Phiri recently told Parliament that the cancellation of the fertiliser procurement tender for the 2022/2023 farming season was due to a technical error, and not that it was fraudulent.
