VICE-PRESIDENT Mutale Nalumango says government is equally concerned about the cancellation of the fertiliser procurement tender, warning that if any individual is found guilty of any wrongdoing in the entire system, they shouldn’t call anyone names. And Vice-President Nalumango has mocked Raphael Nakacinda’s binoculars, saying they are just toys which don’t even see anything.
