VICE-PRESIDENT Mutale Nalumango says government is considering engaging experts who can evaluate Zambia National team captain Enock Mwepu’s condition in order to have a definitive diagnosis. And Nalumango says white-collar crimes may be difficult to investigate, adding that it may take time for law enforcement agencies to secure convictions. Meanwhile, Vice-President Nalumango says the Electoral Commission of Zambia has found itself between a rock and a hard place in view of the many court matters, but she hopes that institutions know the Constitutional provisions.
