UPND spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says since the ruling party is paying off debts incurred by PF for infrastructure development, it’s as good as the new dawn having undertaken those projects. In an interview, Friday, Mweetwa said the argument that PF left behind infrastructure didn’t hold water because it failed to settle the debts. “This argument to say that PF put up a lot of infrastructure does not hold any water. First of all, it is a job of a government to put infrastructure in the country. It is shocking that they are clinging on to infrastructure for which they know that most of it was constructed out of borrowed money which they failed to pay back and left the country…...
