PF Presidential hopeful Greyford Monde says President Hakainde Hichilema would have been removed by now if Zambia had a law that permitted recalling a failed Head of State. In an interview, Tuesday, Monde said he felt sorry for Zambians who would have to endure what he described as failure, for five years until President Hichilema’s term ends.
