VETERAN politician Vernon Mwaanga has congratulated President Hakainde Hichilema for his efforts to revive the economy in 2022. Meanwhile, Mwaanga says the experience farmers had during the 2021/2022 farming season with regard to fertiliser distribution should not have happened. In his New Year message, Mwaanga said fertiliser tenders should be awarded to companies with a proven record of good performance. “As we say farewell to 2O22, it is important to reflect on 2022 and our hopes and expectations for 2O23.
