UPND Deputy Secretary General Gertrude Imenda says the ruling party does not need to apologise for anything looking at the number of promises it has managed to fulfill. And Imenda says it’s an insult to call another person a liar. Socialist Party National Youth Chairperson Kelvin Kaunda recently challenged the UPND to apologise to Zambians for the “many lies told to them”.
