PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says government has been working on the agreement which has been signed with the United Arab Emirates for renewable energy investment in Zambia for eight months now. And President Hichilema says he is not bothered by opposition leaders who have continued to criticise his international trips. President Hichilema recently announced the signing of an MoU and a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) between Zambia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), aimed at facilitating investment in renewable energy in the country.
