PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says food security is key for political stability and enhancing democracy. Speaking in Dakar, Senegal, at the Agriculture Summit held under the theme “Feed Africa; Food Resilience And Food Sovereignty”, President Hichilema said people think better when they have eaten. “It is shameful for us to be hungry as Africa.
