REPUBLICAN Vice-President Mutale Nalumango says citizens who cannot afford to buy breakfast mealie meal should consider roller meal which is more nutritious and costs less. The Vice-President has, on the other hand, directed the local authority in Lusaka to urgently embark on a clean-up exercise, particularly around the Central Business District, in order to prevent the outbreak of cholera in the Capital City.
