MINISTER of Health Sylvia Masebo says government will re-advertise the tender to procure 100 ambulances this February. Speaking in the National Assembly, Tuesday, Masebo said there was no successful bidder when government earlier advertised as the respondents did not meet the conditions of the bid. “The House may wish to know that the procurement process for the said 100 ambulances is underway. The procurement was tendered and evaluated. Unfortunately madam speaker there was no successful bidder as the respondents did not meet the conditions that were put in the bids by ZAMMSA.
