THE Teaching Service Commission (TSC) says no individual paid any bribe in order to get a job during the last teacher recruitment exercise. But Transparency International Zambia says the Bribe Payers Index survey report was formed by empirical evidence, arguing that the commission should not rush to dispel the information without carrying out any research of their own.
