THE World Health Organisation (WHO) has placed Zambia among 55 other countries which are vulnerable for availability of health workers required to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goal target for universal health coverage by 2030. But Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary for Technical Services Professor Lackson Kasonka says government has made headways in meeting the WHO target.
