ROAD Development Agency (RDA) Board Chairperson Mulchand Kuntawala has described the corruption allegations levelled against him by APNAC Secretary General Munir Zulu as a fabrication. Kuntawala says he will decide whether or not to take action against Zulu in due course. Meanwhile, by press time yesterday, Zulu had still not released evidence regarding his corruption allegations despite promising to release the documents by 14:00 hours, Wednesday.
