MINISTER of Science and Technology Felix Mutati says Starlink connectivity has proved to be effective in nine provinces, adding that the next stage is securing its operating license. And Mutati says government has signed a memorandum of understanding which will enable Liquid Telecoms to provide internet services to all secondary schools in Zambia.
