FORMER PF deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri says God delayed the PF convention so that she can also contest for the presidency after leaving prison. Narrating her prison experience at former president Edgar Lungu’s residence just before she met him, Saturday, Phiri said several party members visited her while she was remanded, some from as far as Sesheke. “One thing which I was very happy about is the party in Western Province, it’s very intact.
